The front panel is covered in velcro (on our truckers, the visor too). Press a patch on, peel it off, swap it for another. As many times as you like.
02Do the patches stay on?
Yes. They hold firmly all day and leave no marks on the cap when you take them off.
03Will new patches fit my cap?
Always. Every MUZO patch fits every MUZO cap, including the drops to come. Your cap grows with your collection.
04Which size should I pick?
One size with an adjustable snapback. It fits all adult heads.
05How do I wash my cap?
Remove the patches, hand wash only to protect the fabric and the velcro, then let it air dry.
06When will my order arrive?
Packed in Toulouse and shipped within 24–48 business hours, then delivered to your door with tracking: 2–4 business days in France, 4–7 in Europe, 6–10 in the US.
07Do you ship outside France?
Yes: across the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping costs for your country are shown on the product page and at checkout. Outside the EU, any customs duties are paid by the recipient.
08Can I return my order?
You have 14 days after delivery to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Email contact@wearemuzo.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty: then we exchange it for free.
09Can I buy patches on their own?
Yes: €6 each, 3 for €15 or 5 for €22, in the Patches collection.
