Because your hoodie is made after you order: no overproduction, no stock gathering dust. It ships within 2 weeks, with tracking. If your size is in stock, it says so under the button and ships within 48 h.
02Will I get it before Christmas?
Yes, if you order before December 2 for delivery in France or Europe. Outside Europe, allow a few extra days.
03Is the beanie really free?
Yes. It's added to your cart automatically with the hoodie: one beanie per hoodie. It takes the same stars as your hoodie. The sticker sheet and the badge are slipped into your parcel too.
04How does it work?
The A in HUMAN is velcro. Put the star on, take it off, switch it in 2 seconds. Your hoodie comes with 3 stars: beige & black, red & yellow, pink & khaki. They also fit your beanie and every MUZO cap.
05Which size should I pick?
The hoodie is oversized: take your usual size. All measurements are in the size guide.
06Can I return it?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return an unworn item. Email contact@wearemuzo.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty: then we exchange it for free.
