1. Shipping Policy
Delivery options to Metropolitan France:
- Home delivery: Colissimo (1 to 4 working days)
- Delivery to a collection point: Colissimo Point Retrait (1 to 4 working days)
Delivery options to Belgium and Switzerland:
- Home delivery without signature: Colissimo (3 to 5 working days)
2. Return Policy
At MUZO, we are committed to offering you quality products. However, if an item does not suit you, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under certain conditions, in accordance with current legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal and eligibility for returns
1.1 General Conditions
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be new, unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear, odor or deterioration
- Be in its original packaging, complete and intact (including stickers and accessories, if applicable)
- Not have been customized or modified in any way
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been worn, washed or damaged after receipt
- The patches were attached to a surface other than the intended one (example: stuck on another textile or accessory)
- The item shows obvious signs of use (deformed fabric, odor, hair, stains, makeup residue, etc.)
- The original packaging is incomplete or damaged, preventing the resale of the item
- The return request is made more than 14 days after receipt of the package
- The item is one of the non-returnable products mentioned above
Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be systematically refused. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
2. Return procedure
2.1 Return Request
Contact us at contact@wearemuzo.com specifying:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for return (optional)
You will receive a response within 48 hours with instructions for sending the return.
2.2 Sending the package
You will receive by email the return address where to return your package.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours (incorrect item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure receipt of the package.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been accepted or declined.
If accepted, the refund will be made within 14 days maximum, to the initial payment method.
If refused, the item will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be given.
Promotional items are also refundable, in accordance with French law.
4. Exchanges
We only exchange defective or incorrectly sent items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact@wearemuzo.com .
After validation, we will cover the cost of returning and shipping the new item.
We do not offer exchanges for color or style changes. In this case, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
5. Shipping & Liability
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend sending your return with tracking and insurance if necessary.
If your return is refused and you wish to recover your item, the shipping costs for reshipping will be your responsibility.
