General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by MUZO (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") with any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.wearemuzo.com (hereinafter "the Site").
Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions implies the buyer's (hereinafter "the Customer") full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

3. Products and availability
MUZO sells embroidered caps and patches. Customers can personalize their caps by freely choosing patches from the available designs. No products are custom-made.
The products presented on the Site are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed and will be able to choose between a full refund or an exchange for a product of equivalent value.
4. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are specified at the time of ordering. MUZO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order and validation
The Customer places his order by following the steps on the Site:

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of fraud or prior dispute with the Customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made exclusively online via the following means:

The debit is immediate after validation of the order.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery methods and times
MUZO delivers exclusively to mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Metropolitan France:

Home delivery: Colissimo (1 to 4 working days)

Delivery to a collection point: Colissimo Point Retrait (1 to 4 working days)
Belgium & Switzerland:
-
Home delivery without signature: Colissimo (3 to 5 working days)
Delivery costs are not free, regardless of the order amount.
7.2 Delivery Problems
In the event of a delay or problem with delivery, the Customer must contact contact@wearemuzo.com within 7 days. MUZO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
8. Right of withdrawal & returns
8.1 Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and without damage.
Returns are not accepted if:

The item has been worn, washed or damaged

The packaging is damaged

Return is requested after 14 days
8.2 Return Procedure
The Customer must send an email to contact@wearemuzo.com specifying:

Reason for return (optional)
Returns must be sent to the address indicated by MUZO. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error by the Seller.
8.3 Refunds
If the return is validated, the refund will be made within 14 days to the initial payment method.
9. Warranty and liability
MUZO products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective product, the Customer must contact the Seller within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the defect.
MUZO cannot be held responsible for damages linked to improper use of the product.
10. Protection of personal data
MUZO is committed to respecting the confidentiality of Customers' personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
The data collected is used only to process orders and improve the customer experience.
The Customer may request the modification or deletion of their data by writing to contact@wearemuzo.com .
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.wearemuzo.com (texts, images, logo, design) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
In the event of failure, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse, France.
